Returns & Exchanges

We at Pretty well Covered have every confidence that you will be 100% satisfied with & truly love our products. In the rare case that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow the instructions below.

We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of purchase if you are unhappy with your item.

Items returned MUST be unworn with no signs of use in order to be credited. You will not be credited if "used" items are returned, nor will the item be shipped back.

Damaged items may be exchanged only within 30 days.

Please inspect your product fully upon receipt.

Please send your item to the address below with instructions and information necessary to make the exchange.

If you wish to exchange an item for a new size or different colour, please send the exchange with $4.90 for shipping charges made out to L Jacob.

All items being returned must be returned in original packaging they came in.

We do not reimburse shipping costs on returns or exchanges, nor do we pay the original shipping charge on returns.  If we credit you for a return, we will credit you the amount paid for the item, less the original shipping on your order.
